Time's up!

The deadline has passed for entering your entries to The Minifig In a Bad Situation Contest!
the judging will commence shortly and the winners should be announced in a few days.

Last Entry

This halloween I got a really cool pumpkin, it was a mutant one. I had one head being stabbed and the other throwing up.

Unfortunately, Mr Average Joe got in the way of the 2nd head.

Grrr! I hate (building) Hummers!

This is my somewhat lame attempt at building a military Hummer in miniscale. Hope you like it.

Yet Another Tank

I really like building tanks.  I'm not particularly good at building them, but I really enjoy building them.  And they do get a bit better each time,  so here is the latest version.  It's my 3rd but only the 2nd that I've posted here.

WW2 Vig: Escape from Stalag Luft III

In World War 2, there was a very famous prison camp called Stalag Luft III, for captured Allied airmen. It had the reputation of being escape-proof. There is a great story about three airmen who spent months tunneling out and actually escaped. I won't tell it all here though, I'll just show you this vignette I made of one of the prisoners who made it past the walls and is now tunneling underneath one of the outside "goon-boxes" (watch towers).

Sorry for the bad lighting. It seems I will never get a good photo!

Brickarms

Hello all,  I just got an assortment of Brickarms custom LEGO weapons,  despite a lot of doubt about plastic quality and such.   However, now that they've arrived I've realized that all that worrying was for naught.  They are LEGO quality,  the only difference is they look cooler!  And coming from me, a LEGO purist,  that is saying something.
If you are at all interested in LEGO military building, I'd recommend them.

Score:  8/5!!!

Its Raining Poo!

As you may have noticed, I have a very avant-garde sense of humor.
In the days before flushing toilets there were chamber pots. You emptied them out the window, generally, sometimes to the misfortune of an innocent bystander. These pictures show such a scene:

By the way, I finally found a use for my large amount (relative to my supplies of other colors) of yellow bricks: thatched roofs!
